Daycare woes and life today…
Well, I met with the first of many, many possibles for a new sitter today. I actually liked her. Licensed home daycare, fully trained in cpr and first aid, clean home, lots of saftey locks, and TONS of toys. It’s also one of only two that are actually on my way to work. I think it is going to come down to this or Wee Wisdom downtown. I can’t believe I got so many responses from my post on Craigslist. I’m shocked. Some were kinda scary too. Like one lady who suggested I call her neighbor who happened to be an 80 year old East Indian lady who looks after 4 grandkids… in Detroit. >_<
Also, I went to see Lisa tonight. She is doing so much better. They have moved her into a therapy facility kinda behind the mall. She will have to stay there at least a month. It’s nice. She has a little mini apartment and the whole place is filled with people who are relearning things like walking or using their arm after a bad accident. I think it helps her to see what some others are going through. I know that she can’t wait to get back home though. ^_^ Impatient as ever. Tsk, tsk.
I saw another preview for Twilight today. Oh wow. All I have to say. Wow.
I want to move up to Marquette where Bda is. She met a Finnish guy today! C’mon! Why is she so lucky? I want to meet some Finnish guys… 4 in particular. See The Rasmus…
I mean really? Who couldn’t love a man who wears feathers in his hair?! Lauri Ylonen is quite possibly the most gorgeous man in the world… next to Tom Felton of course. Ahhhh…
Well, it’s getting late and enough gushing. ^_^ I’m off to bed.
